What is this?

Nuclear power is the use of nuclear reactions to generate energy, such as electricity, for practical purposes. It works by splitting atoms to trigger a chain reaction, often using uranium, that produces heat which can be used to power engines or to generate electricity. This process is a viable source of clean energy since it does not emit carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gases, but it does require careful safety measures to guard against hazardous radiation, therefore it should only be considered if a strict regulatory framework is in place.
